I was once just like many in my industry, working hard and finding frustration at every turn because I was not making the progress I felt I deserved or wanted. I knew something needed to change. I for a long time thought it was the industry, it couldn’t have been me? Or could it??

My background is 28 years in the high tech electronics industry. I was in senior management, procurement. I managed the purchasing and inventory professionals in my companies. I was lucky to be able to travel all over the world and I was blessed to have the opportunity to get to know and work with some very amazing people. I also got to learn and experience the very diverse cultures in our world.

I thought I had it all, a good job, travel, a title and responsibility for others. But a part of me has always yearned to own and run my own business. But how? I knew corporate America just was not right for me. I am sure you are wondering why it took me 28 years to figure that out, maybe I am a slow learner. The best part is I figured it out before it was too late.

I got into network marketing about 4 years ago. I worked my tail off doing everything my up line taught me to do. I made my list of friends and relatives, I pitched it to everyone I could talk to and who would listen. I am now a card carrying member of the NFL club. If you do not know what that is, it is simple, No Friends Left club. I cold called prospects, I bought lead lists, I did mailings, I did fliers. I built what I thought was a good team but I still was not making the money I needed to make or wanted to make. I was working harder than at any other time in my life and I was going nowhere.

I knew I had to do something different, I needed to make money for my family, we still have a house payment, food and all the other expenses of life. Something needed to change. That something was me! I realized that after 28 years in corporate America, 4 years in network marketing, I thought I knew it all, well I didn’t. I figured out that there was still a lot I needed to learn, I knew I needed help.

Well I found the right mentors, training and system to launch my business. Now I have the life and business I dreamed of. I have found my place and having the time of my life. Who says you cannot teach an old dog new tricks!!

I make my home in the twin cities of Minnesota, God’s country. I am married to the most wonderful woman in the world, Pam and we have three sons.

I now no longer have to work 10 to 14 hour days. I make my own schedule, work when I want to and spend time, a lot more time, with my family. I do not miss any of my kids activities. I am the boss, there ARE privileges with that title you know.  It is a wonderful freedom I now have. Don’t get me wrong, it is still a job and I have to work. Do you want to know the best part is, I love my work and that fills me rather than drain me.

I stay very busy with my company, meeting new people every day and helping them realize their dreams. That is the best part of all, I help people reach their dreams, I help them change their lives! Who could ask for a better job than that!!!
