Most of you are here because you are looking for information on this company because you heard of the opportunity or you attended a meeting about the company. Many reviews you will come across will have been written by a representative of the company trying to help convince you that this is the greatest thing you could ever have come across. Well, I am not a part of Lightyear nor do I intend to become part of the company, however, my goal is to give you an honest and open minded view of this company and help set the record straight about the truth of Lightyear Wireless Scam.
Lightyear Wireless Scam Review – The Company
I hate to tell the conclusion of a story before the end but I want to set people’s minds at ease. Lightyear Wireless is a very honest and straight forward company. It is a MLM or Multi-Level-Marketing company which is structured a little different from a traditional company. The company uses agents or representatives to market their service by what many see as word of mouth sales. In today’s business world there is not as much word of mouth as there is the use of the internet to bring a message to a massive amount of interested parties rather than just the use of word of mouth.
Lightyear Wireless’s parent company is Lightyear Network Solutions Inc which was established in 1997. Lightyear Wireless open its doors in 2004 as a company known then as Lightyear Alliance before they changed their focus to marketing wireless services through the Network Marketing sales strategy.
There has been little complaints regarding their service, they use the Sprint Network for their service. There unlimited plan is pretty straight forward, unlimited talk, text and internet all for $60 plus tax. Customers are very happy with the plan but the shortcoming is this is the only unlimited plan they offer, not much for choices. They also offer individual minutes but there are limitations with this plan.
Lightyear Wireless Scam Review – The Negatives
As I stated above, their plans are few and limited in scope. However, I have to admit that using your cell phone and have an opportunity to make money doing so is pretty cool. However, cell service is not something that you just hang a banner outside your door and folks will come flocking to buy. This is a business that will take knowledge and skills to become truly successful. Network Marketing is, in my opinion, one of the most open and opportunistic sales strategies around today. If you know how to market and advertise, you can do extremely well. If you do not, you can fall victim to an industry that certainly has many more losers than winners today. But I am of the belief that the industry is beginning to turn that around. Wireless services are something that just word of mouth will not build you the business you are looking for. And Lightyear Wireless does not offer the training necessary to truly prepare their sales force to find the success they are looking for. They rely on seasoned Network Marketing professionals to come into their business and do the training for them. Great idea, however, most MLM companies do the same and I have been a part of several of them. The reality is once your upline helps you go through your family and friends and he or she has milked as much as they can from you, they move on to the next new person on their team.
Is that a horrible thing for people to do, well it depends upon your point of view. If you are that leader and you have no other marketing skills other than to help someone approach their family and friends, you are pretty limited as to how far you can take your team on an individual basis. That is where our industry gets its sometimes bad name and why some look at companies and see Lightyear Wireless Scam. It is not a scam but a lack of the proper training.
Lightyear Wireless Scam Review – The Bottom Line
If you are at all interested in Lightyear Wireless I believe you have chosen a great company with very good leadership. But before you decide you are stepping into the Network Marketing arena I would suggest a little more homework. Like I said earlier, Network Marketing has a limitless potential for income if a person has the knowledge and skills to correctly market and advertise the company they represent. If you have that skill, you can represent almost any company and you will find great success. It really is not about the product, although a good product does make it much easier but it really is about how you find people who are interested in the same things you are. They are looking for a good company with the opportunity to make a good living.
